The WQA Convention & Expo is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all attendees. To support equal access for everyone, the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) offers a wide range of accessibility features designed to meet diverse needs throughout the facility.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The Miami Beach Convention Center provides full ADA-compliant access throughout the venue. Wheelchair-accessible entrances, elevators, ramps, and restrooms are located across the building to make navigation smooth and barrier-free. All public spaces, meeting rooms, and exhibit areas are designed to accommodate guests using wheelchairs or mobility devices.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for no fee, on a first-come, first-served basis at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Wheelchairs can be checked out at the show management office in exchange for a valid ID, which will be returned upon return of the wheelchair. Please email convention@wqa.org for more information.
Service Animals
Service animals that are trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities and remain on a leash are welcome at the convention, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in designated areas throughout the Convention Center. These spaces are designed to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility devices while providing clear sightlines and comfortable access for guests who require them.
Accessible Parking
ADA-accessible parking spaces are available within the Miami Beach Convention Center parking garage. These spots include van-accessible spaces and are conveniently located near accessible building entrances for easy arrival and departure. Valid ADA placards or license plates are required.
