The Water Quality Association is inviting potential speakers to submit proposals for education sessions for the 2023 WQA Convention & Exposition on April 18-20, 2023 in Las Vegas, NV.
All topics are welcome, although the WQA Technical Convention Education Task force has developed some suggestions: Chloride discharge and brine recovery issues; water treatment for beverage applications or agricultural applications; disinfection and sanitation; water emergency responses; rainwater harvesting; emerging contaminants such as PFAS, methane or microplastics; advanced oxidation processes; water testing issues; permitting problems; and new standard developments.

What do Americans think about their drinking water? How much do they know about common contaminants? When are they most likely to purchase a new water treatment system?
The answers to these and many other questions are contained in the WQA Consumer Opinion Study, conducted every two years. WQA releases a public version at Convention, but members get access to in depth results and analysis.
