Some rooms could still be available in official WQA Convention hotels, which are within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center or served by free shuttles. However, because the WQA booking deadline has passed, the previously published room rates are no longer available, and hotel availability is limited. This booking site will be updated as availability or pricing change. Should the official Convention hotels sell out, aRes can help you secure a room elsewhere.

This service is outside the WQA 2024 program. You will receive a confirmation for your hotel reservation directly from aRes. When reserving a room via the aRes link, some hotels will require a full pre-payment of the reservation.  Some hotels may also have a different cancellation policy than WQA’s policy. Please make sure you read all of the details prior to reserving your hotel reservation.

Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing Provider for 2024 WQA Convention & Exposition. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, the organization might be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to WQA or Maritz.
