Hosted water pros qualifying criteria
- Work in residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, or specialty water quality sectors offering installation and/or maintenance services for water treatment
- Are actively exploring new solutions, suppliers, or partnerships
- Play a role in evaluating or selecting water treatment products or technologies
- Able to be at the show for the duration of the event & book meetings with exhibitors using the WQA Convention App
What you’ll receive as a hosted water pro
Travel and Accommodations Stipend
As a hosted water pro, you’ll enjoy:
- $750 stipend
- Attendance is free too of course!
Flexible scheduling
You can choose which exhibitors to meet with, while fulfilling the program minimum of eight booth appointments.

The Coffee & Donuts Event at Convention is designed to help you recharge, refresh and catch up with fellow hosted water pros and our friendly program sponsors.
What we ask for in return
- Confirm Your Spot – If accepted, submit your refundable $100 registration deposit to secure participation.
- Make Your Hotel Reservation – Book your hotel room at a WQA Convention Hotel.
- Build Your Schedule – As a hosted water pro, you commit to eight meetings with our exhibitors, including meetings with program sponsors, through the WQA Convention App.
- Attend & Engage – Complete the program commitments and enjoy the full WQA Convention experience.
- Receive Reimbursement – After the show, complete the reimbursement form and post-show survey to ensure your $100 deposit will be refunded and your travel stipend is processed.
