Melissa Lubitz
My name is Melissa Lubitz and I am the Business Development Director for North America at Hydraloop Inc. My passion for water treatment has always been strong and I started my studies in Environmental Biology at Western University, London Ontario and then went on to complete my diploma in Environmental Technology at Fanshawe College with my focus being on water. I began my career working with one of the leading UV disinfection manufacturers in North America, heading up warranty and technical support, moving into validation coordination under various third party standards, onto Corporate trainer worldwide and finally Municipal Sales in the water treatment market across Canada. The entire water technology picture is second nature to me so decided to move into the Net Zero Water sector, focusing on rainwater harvesting, stormwater treatment, drinking water packages and greywater recycling. Today I am the Director of Business Development for Hydraloop based out of the Netherlands. Working with the North American team I am able to touch on certification standards, municipal regulations, and business development. I am a certified engineering technologist with OACETT and a water technology specialist with the WQA.
