Jennifer Smith is the President of Moti-Vitality, a national training and consulting company specific for the water industry. Jennifer has over 18 years in the Water Industry and is a Certified Water Specialist through the WQA. Leveraging her sales background, she works with a wide variety of water treatment companies across the US, hiring sales teams, coaching water treatment professionals on in-home sales, and assisting office personnel on best communication practices. She is a proud mentor for the WQA's Women in the Industry in addition to serving on multiple WQA committees and task forces,
