Consumer Opinion Study
The WQA Consumer Opinion Study is conducted every two years to gauge the public’s understanding of water quality issues and treatment options. The 2023 study will be the first since the nation emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic. Hear observations from the dealer and manufacturers’ perspectives as we discuss these latest findings. What do consumers think of laws governing drinking water? How many rely on home treatment systems or bottled water for quality drinking water? And how can WQA members use the information to serve their customers? Join us for this lively and informative session.
