Candice Wentling

Candice Wentling

Candice Wentling is the Director of Certified Action, a business advisement and training company. She has been conducting sales training, field coaching, and leadership support for over 16 years. Her degrees in Business and Social Work lend well to leadership and employee engagement. Within the water treatment industry, Candice has extensive experience working with dealers and manufacturers. She is a certified Master Water Specialist, serves as a Board of Director for the Water Quality Association, is an active volunteer group participant within the association, and is the current President of the Eastern WQA. Candice has been honored with the EWQA Distinguished Service Award and the WQA Award of Merit.  She is best known for her ability to connect management with their salespeople in a candid and energetic manner.

Ashley Green

Ashley Green

Ashley Green, General Manager at All About Water – Ecowater Systems is from Tempe, AZ. In one capactiy or another, she has been in the industry for 17 years. She began in administrative roles and now works primarily in the business operations and management of personnel. Ashley serves on WQA’s Business Operation Committee and Women in Industry advisory council.  She attributes her dealership’s exponential growth to her collaboration with other water quality industry and business colleagues.

Lupe Ledezma

Lupe Ledezma currently serves as the General Manager for Culligan Southwest, Inc. headquartered in San Antonio, TX. In this role, he helps oversee the day-to-day operations for each of the five dealerships along with ensuring the company’s long-term strategic goals are being met. 

He brings a background consisting of over 15 years in the water treatment industry and joined WQA with the goal of spreading our mission and vision to a new audience.

Lupe holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southwestern University (Georgetown).

John Frehse

John Frehse is a dynamic, inspiring leader with more than 20 years of experience in labor and operations strategy. His professional philosophy that people are a company’s most valuable resource has been his guiding principle in developing and implementing workplace strategies that lead to long-term employee and company success.

In addition to being Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting, a global expert services and advisory firm, Frehse sits on the board of The Workforce Institute and is a thought leader for its think tank. He is also an advisory board member for HR.com’s Workforce Management practice, where he educates managers on ways to increase employee engagement. People who have worked with Frehse describe him as charismatic and praise his ability to understand the customer’s needs and pain points, to identify solutions for complex business problems, and to help employers move forward with confidence to meet their goals.
